Online International/National CPC course, covering two modules:
Vulnerable Road Users (Session 1) – 3.5hrs
Vulnerable Road Users (Session 2) – 3.5hrs
Suitable for LGV & PCV Drivers
Vulnerable Road Users (Session 1): Candidates will be able to identify a vulnerable road user, including pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and horse riders, and where they are likely to be encountered. Candidates will understand why these road users are at greater risk around large vehicles.
Vulnerable Road Users (Session 2): Candidates will be able to adopt a correct and appropriate manner of driving for each situation, including awareness of blind spots and the use of vehicle safety equipment. By undertaking this course the risk of collisions involving vulnerable road users should be reduced.
