Refunds

For online courses cancelled no later than 72 hours before the course is due to begin, a 75% refund is offered.

Online courses can be rescheduled free of charge for an equivalent or lesser valued course no later than 72 hours before the course is due to begin. If a lesser value course is selected, no refund for the difference can be offered.

Any online courses cancelled within 72 hours of the course beginning will not be refunded.

For classroom courses cancelled no later than 7 days before the course is due to begin, a 75% refund is offered.

Classroom courses can be rescheduled free of charge for an equivalent or lesser valued course no later than 7 days before the course is due to begin. If a lesser value course is selected, no refund for the difference can be offered.

Any classroom courses cancelled within 7 days of the course beginning will not be refunded.
